The sports massage is a specialized manual technique designed to effectively support regular physical activity, both in trained individuals and in those who engage in occasional or high-demand exercise. It adapts to the different stages of training: as preparation (pre-effort), recovery (post-effort) or maintenance during intensive periods.

The approach includes compressions, deep friction, assisted stretching and myofascial release, applied with technical expertise, anatomical knowledge and active body listening. As a complement to the massage, assisted stretching may be performed, where the therapist passively guides the elongation of different muscle chains.

At Lotus Masajes, our sports approach is not a rough or standardized massage. We adapt the pressure, techniques and duration of each session to the person's physical condition, training level, tolerance threshold and goals.

We don't just work on isolated muscles, but on the body as a functional system in motion, prioritizing prevention, recovery and body integration. Additionally, we offer the option of complementing this treatment with assisted stretching, sauna and wellness circuit, enhancing its regenerative effects.
