We combine deep-tissue, relaxation, and sports techniques, based on your body's condition.
Pressure adjusted from gentle to deep, regulated at all times by the therapist.
Focus on back, neck, and shoulders; may include legs, arms, and scalp as needed.

Step two

1 hour wellness circuit

Access to the spa with dry sauna and steam room, a heat and steam ritual that promotes detoxification, circulation, and energy renewal.

Short 8-12 minute cycles per cabin, with recovery pauses and cool showers between each step.
Dry heat that helps release deep tension and steam that promotes breathing, muscle relaxation, and skin cleansing.

Step three

Gourmet brunch at Cafe Hobby

A delicious and mindful ending that combines a drink, a savory dish, and a light sweet to replenish energy and sustain the body's balance.

1 beverage: coffee, tea, or fresh juice.
1 savory: avocado toast, scrambled eggs, yogurt with granola, or brie toast.
1 sweet: cookie, loaf cake, or croissant.

Weather permitting, the brunch can be enjoyed in the outdoor patio or on the Hotel Krista terrace.
