How do I book an appointment?

Bookings are made exclusively via WhatsApp at (+54 9) 11 6606 1981. We do not take bookings through Instagram or email. We operate by appointment only.

Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my appointment?

Yes, to confirm your appointment we require a 50% deposit of the service value, which is deducted from the total at the time of payment.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the deposit. In case of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

Should I arrive before my appointment time?

We ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled time to enjoy the full experience. If you arrive late, the session will be adjusted to the remaining time of your booked appointment.

Do simultaneous or four-hand massages require advance booking?

Yes, bookings for simultaneous massages (for two or three people) and four-hand massages must be made at least 24 hours in advance, for therapist team coordination purposes.

How long are the massage sessions?

Massages last 60, 90 or 120 minutes, depending on each person's needs. All massages include the wellness circuit (steam and dry sauna).

Can I choose the type of massage when I arrive?

Yes, between relaxation and deep tissue massage you can decide upon arrival: the therapist evaluates and suggests the most suitable approach based on your condition. Special treatments (sports, foot reflexology, bruxism/craniofacial and lymphatic drainage) must be selected at the time of booking, as they are performed by specialized therapists.

Does a deep tissue massage hurt?

It shouldn't hurt. There may be moments of intense pressure or some sensitivity in knotted areas, but the massage is always adapted to each person's comfort threshold. If you feel any discomfort, the pressure is adjusted immediately.

What is the difference between reflexology and a foot massage?

Reflexology works on specific reflex zones of the foot that are connected to organs and systems of the body. It is not a general relaxation foot massage, but a technical and precise therapy with effects on the whole body. The reflexology session lasts 45 minutes and can be combined with 15 minutes of body massage.

Is the craniofacial treatment done separately?

No, the cranial and bruxism treatment does not exceed 30 minutes and is always performed in combination with a body massage (60 minutes total). It can also be done as a 90-minute session (45 minutes of body massage + 45 minutes of cranial/bruxism treatment).

Can I go if I'm pregnant?

Yes, we offer massages adapted for pregnant women. It is important to let us know when booking so we can prepare the session accordingly. Sauna use is not recommended during pregnancy.

Do I need to bring anything?

We provide the towels and all the products used during the session. We do ask that you bring a swimsuit for the sauna (the wellness circuit is not private) and flip-flops or comfortable footwear.

Is the wellness circuit included with the massage?

Yes, all massages include access to the wellness circuit with dry and steam sauna.

Can I use the sauna without getting a massage?

The wellness circuit is available as a complement to the massage. Sauna use without a massage is only allowed on weekdays, subject to availability.

How long is recommended in each sauna?

Short cycles of 8 to 12 minutes per cabin are recommended, with recovery breaks and cool showers between each step. The full circuit takes approximately 60 minutes.

Are there any contraindications for sauna use?

The wellness circuit is contraindicated for people with uncontrolled hypertension, severe cardiovascular conditions, pregnant women and people with fever or active infections. If in doubt, please consult your doctor.
