All appointments are booked exclusively through WhatsApp. A 50% deposit of the service value is required to confirm the booking, which will be deducted from the total at the time of payment.
The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
In case of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
We ask that you arrive between 5 and 10 minutes before your scheduled time to enjoy the full experience.
In case of late arrival, the session will be adjusted to the remaining time of the booked appointment, with no change to the service fee.
We accept cash, bank transfer, Mercado Pago and credit/debit cards.
Published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
It is essential to inform our team about any relevant health conditions before your session, such as pregnancy, recent injuries, surgeries, skin allergies, cardiovascular diseases or other situations that may affect the treatment.
This allows us to adapt the technique and ensure a safe, personalized experience.
Sauna use is part of the wellness circuit and is contraindicated in cases of uncontrolled hypertension, severe cardiovascular diseases, pregnancy, fever or active infections.
If in doubt, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand.
For certain services, particularly sauna use and specific treatments, clients must accept an informed consent form prior to the session.

Gift Cards are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.
They are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly indicated.

The use of mobile devices on sound mode is not permitted in treatment and sauna areas.
